Caviro nasce nel 1966 a Faenza, nel cuore dell’Emilia Romagna, per valorizzare le uve dei soci in una terra ricca di identità e ad alta vocazione vinicola.
Caviro was founded in 1966 in Faenza, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, to add value to its members’ grapes in a land rich in identity and with a high wine vocation.
Nel corso degli anni, la base sociale è cresciuta e si è consolidata, mettendo radici in tutto il territorio italiano. Con 26 cantine conferenti, localizzate in 7 diverse regioni, la filiera di el Gruppo Caviro rappresenta oggi il più grande vigneto d’Italia.
Over the years, the membership base has expanded and consolidated, establishing roots throughout Italy. With 26 contributing wineries, located in 7 different regions, the Caviro Group’s supply chain today represents the largest vineyard in Italy.

Per la linea Vigneti Romio sono stati selezionati i viticoltori romagnoli più esperti, quelli che uniscono alla conoscenza del prodotto la passione che lo rende così unico.
The most expert winemakers from Romagna were selected for the Vigneti Romio line, those who combine knowledge of the product with the passion that makes it so unique.

Vigneti Romio was born from the desire to offer quality wines that tell the story of the Romagna region.
Per farlo, siamo partiti dall’uva, attraverso le misure adottate in campo e le più moderne tecniche di vinificazione. Per questi vini sono stati selezionati i vitigni migliori e i viticoltori romagnoli più esperti, affidandosi a cantine che coniugano esperienza e innovazione.
To do this, we started with the grapes, through the measures taken in the field and the most modern winemaking techniques. The best grape varietals and the most experienced winemakers in Romagna were selected for these wines, relying on wineries that combine experience and innovation.
